RoofReach provides AI-powered lead generation and outreach automation services for roofing companies, including lead sourcing, automated email outreach, follow-up sequences, calendar booking integration, and performance reporting.
A one-time setup fee is due prior to commencement of service. Monthly retainer payments are due on the same date each month. All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. We accept payment via Stripe.
We guarantee delivery of at least one booked call within 14 days of your system going live. If not achieved, we will continue providing services at no charge until the guarantee is fulfilled.
All clients agree to a minimum 90-day initial commitment. After this period, services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice to hello@tryroofreach.com.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, maintaining availability to attend booked calls, and responding to RoofReach communications in a timely manner.
All systems, workflows, and automation infrastructure built by RoofReach remain the intellectual property of RoofReach Ltd. Client-specific data and contacts remain the property of the client.
RoofReach's liability is limited to the total fees paid in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The one-time setup fee covers the design, build, and launch of your custom RoofReach automation system. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced due to the significant labour and resources involved.
Monthly retainer fees are charged in advance for the upcoming month of service and are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.
We guarantee at least one booked call within 14 days of your system going live. If not met, we provide continued service at no additional charge until the guarantee is fulfilled. This is a service commitment — not a cash refund.

After the initial 90-day minimum commitment, clients may cancel with 30 days written notice. No refund is due for the final 30-day notice period as services continue to be delivered.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting RoofReach to resolve the issue is a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks with full documentation of services rendered.
